What are my payment options?
Currently we only accept EFT payments.
When can I expect delivery?
We endeavour to package and ship your order within 3 working days. Outlying areas may differ. Should there be a problem we will alert you as soon as we know.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
We will send a tracking number to track your order, otherwise feel free to contact us during office hours if there is a problem with the courier.
Are Love’s skincare products completely free from chemicals?
Yes. We strive to ensure that we only use clean, green, biodegradable and sustainable ingredients. We endeavour to improve and adapt as new research and more environmentally friendly options become available both in our ingredients and our packaging.
How long will my product last?
Your products should last between 6 to 8 weeks depending on the amount you use. Our products are formulated to ensure a ‘little goes a long way.’
What is the shelf life of my product?
Your product should last from 6 to 12 months if stored correctly i.e. no direct sunlight and at average room temperature.
What if my new product doesn’t suit my skin?
We are so certain you will love our products but understand that even with natural ingredients some skin sensitivities can occur. You are welcome to return the product within 7 days of receiving it via courier at your expense. Once we have received the product, we will credit your account or replace it with your new choice.
Are your products cruelty free?
We endeavour to ensure that our suppliers of raw materials have a cruelty free policy as do we.
Are your products vegan?
Currently, all our ingredients are vegan. Should one of our products contain vegetarian ingredients, such as beeswax, we will clearly specify on our list of ingredients on the order page.
