We will send a tracking number to track your order, otherwise feel free to contact us during office hours if there is a problem with the courier.

Your products should last between 6 to 8 weeks, once in use, depending on the amount you apply. Our products are formulated to ensure a ‘little goes a long way.’
Your product should last from 6 to 12 months if stored correctly i.e. no direct sunlight and at average room temperature.
We are so certain you will love our products but understand that even with natural ingredients some skin sensitivities can occur. You are welcome to return the product within 7 days of receiving it via courier at your expense. Once we have received the product, we will credit your account or replace it with your new choice.
We endeavour to ensure that our suppliers of raw materials have a cruelty free policy as do we.
Currently, all our ingredients are vegan. Should one of our products contain vegetarian ingredients, such as beeswax, we will clearly specify it on our list of ingredients.
We accept secure payments via YOCO, including major credit and debit cards.
